Every year, on the third Thursday of November, Beaujolais Nouveau is released to the world: a simple, easy-drinking red wine made from the Gamay grape in (you guessed it!) Beaujolais, France.
There are many opinions on Beaujolais Nouveau. (They range from “meh” to “gauche!” to “non non non”) Our opinion is: life is short, good times are few, and as long as the wine is made with a little care and not much else, who cares! ALSO: a great excuse for a party, non?
On Thursday, November 21 we’re throwing our annual BEAUJOLAIS PARTY. There’ll be various Bojos by-the-glass including the Crus, the Nouveau and the Village, plus special FRENCH SNACKS.
And, our PIÈCE DE RÉSISTANCE… live 30s-era Parisian Manouche-Swing from Donald MacLennan and friends from 8-11pm!
NE MISS PAS!
